While this one is odd, it's nowhere near as freaky as the eyebrow one...
@Chris - the way she turns the glass on her arm grosses me out though..
At least it shows what it's advertising though...the eyebrow one is just strange...I thought it was for some new fangled mp3 type thing...

I think this ad has connotations of mainlining heroin and it's no mistake. It's very junkie / druggie in it's style. Guy tempts the girl, bad boy, etc.
I would guarantee you that the creative team who made the ad had this on their minds. They'd never admit it though.
It's all fine until the 'real' coke starts pouring down his arm. Then it just becomes a sick-junkie-needle-fest. Yuck. I hate it. Never drinking coke again.
